Support — Travelito

Travelito keeps your travel documents in one place — boarding passes, tickets, hotel bookings, passports, visas — and reads them so a trip becomes an ordered list instead of a search through your inbox.

If something is not working, or you cannot find what you need, write to us.

Get in touch

support@travelito.org

We answer within two working days. Tell us which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, and what you were doing when the problem happened — it makes the answer much faster.

From inside the app: Account → the gear icon → Report an issue. Sending it from there attaches the entry or trip you were looking at, so we can see the same thing you do without asking you to describe it.

Common questions

How do I add a booking?

Five ways, and they all end in the same place:

A document was read incorrectly. What now?

Open the entry and edit any field — what you type wins, and it stays. If a document is read badly and you think others would hit the same problem, send it to us through Report an issue and we will look at the format.

What do you read when I connect my mailbox?

Only what looks like a travel booking. The access we ask your mail provider for is read-only, we never send mail from your account, and you can disconnect at any time from Account → the gear icon → Inboxes. What happens to the content is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Can I share a trip with someone I am travelling with?

Yes. Open the trip and tap Guests, then invite them by email address. They see that trip and nothing else. There is no public feed and no way for anyone to find your trips.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Trips you have opened are stored on the device and readable in flight mode — including the boarding pass barcode. Changes you make offline are sent up the next time you have a connection.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Privacy & SecurityDelete account. It removes your trips, tickets, documents, uploaded files, expenses and any connected mailbox credentials from our servers, not only from the phone. If you would rather keep the account and clear only its travel data, that is offered on the same screen.

Which languages does the app speak?

Sixteen: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Korean, with regional variants for German and Spanish. Change it under Account → the gear icon → Language.

Does it cost anything?

No. Every feature is free, there are no subscriptions and there is nothing to buy.
